This is an original Japanese anime cel, used in the actual production of the El Hazard OVA.

Nice, beautifully centered 3-layer cel begging to be framed and hung on your wall. Stapled on the top edges (I assume by AIC as this cel was bought in Japan.). AIC stamp.
