In the original animation, the Hidden Miki Image is a single image in a maze of stars and other symbols. I've taken the liberty of duplicating the hidden image enough to be seen in the gif below.

WHICH EPISODE?

Episode 20, the episode of the marathon race between Miki and Miwa!

Miki has just hit the pole head-on. She sees stars. The hidden image is right in the middle of that sequence. It passes by so fast that it's not seeable with the naked eye!
